S/S? family's attitude? decision making : process ok or any dis-agreement? what is family's except? fit to real : est. or VS's explaint ? : 先降子 大家有兴趣的话我再继续写 好晚了 我得睡觉了 : 再来我建议版友们 可以study一下实证医学再应用在临床部分 : 内外科护理学的教科书跟药典 可以参考看看啦 不然就是请教医师阿 : 大家都是同事 没什麽不能交流的吧 我是这麽想的啦 一来就是我一直在说的 : 要懂得医师的治疗计画 之来龙去脉 就能大幅度的避免做错事情给错药物 : 工作起来才会顺手开心愉快咩 不懂得就问人 懂得的就答人 大家都不懂得问神... : 我想原则上 医师跟学姊都是很愿意教学经验分享的 只要我们的态度好 : 自己有先努力过 才知道自己什麽不懂 请问别人也是要有自己的付出才行 : 不然 凭什麽 要求别人教导我们呢 当然是有来有往才公平吧 你对於提携後进实在是很努力 从这一篇或是之前的文章 都可以看得出来 要是多一点你这样子的学姊 你的学妹们就有福啦 我不是护理师 不过我提供我的看法 要解决问题 应该要把问题简单化 而不是把问题复杂化来脑力激荡 (事实上脑力激荡的目的也是要把问题简单化) 对於找出病患的所有问题 增进服务品质 还有训练自己思考能力 以及全人照护能力 提出你上述的bla bla问题是很好的 可以避免在照顾病人上漏东漏西 但若是要解决原PO的问题 很简单: 只要查该药的禁忌症有哪些 然後对照看看病人是否有这些禁忌症 就这麽简单:) 真的查不到 就问医生吧 不过...... 很多时候一些处置都只是医师个人经验 没有 实证医学的佐证 所以也不一定是对的.... 总之 有发掘问题 是好事... --
