The patient who has hx of regular HD for years -->> should the patient recept longe term anti-caugulated agnet tx ? -->> any progressive or relief factors related to the HD solution/drugs? -->> does this pt under prescirbed medicine tx or any herb tx unkonw? 2. Heart diseas -->>what kind of heart dz u mean, different dz has different tx plan ex. MR /p MVR maybe under coumadin tx-->> INR level check yet or not? -->> what's the pt's S/S that u can prescribe in ur nr recorder to let co-workers study this pt in any time during hospital stay time -->> Image exam report showed what ? ex. EKG T-wave high? (hyperkalemia?) CXR show pul embolic change? pul edema? dyspena? what V/S should we f/u? Unknow acute collapse due to pt ate the killer diet-->star fruit? 3. Hydrocephlus related ediology? Tx? surgery plan? how? nursing focus on? what is the pt's GCS MP pupil size? how can you know ur pt con's down what is ur first reflex it pt con's loss at ur duty /p V-P shunt, the condition of w'dx2, what is ur nursing plan for this? Potential/ Present inf/ cused by surgery is high suspect bala bala... 4. ICH, risk factors? location? S/S? family's attitude? decision making process ok or any dis-agreement? what is family's except? fit to real est. or VS's explaint ? 先降子 大家有興趣的話我再繼續寫 好晚了 我得睡覺了 再來我建議版友們 可以study一下實證醫學再應用在臨床部分 內外科護理學的教科書跟藥典 可以參考看看啦 不然就是請教醫師阿 大家都是同事 沒什麼不能交流的吧 我是這麼想的啦 一來就是我一直在說的 要懂得醫師的治療計畫 之來龍去脈 就能大幅度的避免做錯事情給錯藥物 工作起來才會順手開心愉快咩 不懂得就問人 懂得的就答人 大家都不懂得問神... 我想原則上 醫師跟學姊都是很願意教學經驗分享的 只要我們的態度好 自己有先努力過 才知道自己什麼不懂 請問別人也是要有自己的付出才行 不然 憑什麼 要求別人教導我們呢 當然是有來有往才公平吧 -- e04!! ptt做得到 iie 為什麼做不到??? 死哪去了阿~ 歷任站長們 --
