標題[問題] 多益文法改錯題

題目是
After receiving (a hospital bill),the patient questioned
(an error) in (the charges) and received (the reimbursment)
from the hospital.
答案是第四個錯誤
但我不知道錯在哪邊
出處為LONGMAN Preparation Series for the TOEIC Test P.134
