标题[问题] 多益文法改错题

题目是
After receiving (a hospital bill),the patient questioned
(an error) in (the charges) and received (the reimbursment)
from the hospital.
答案是第四个错误
但我不知道错在哪边
出处为LONGMAN Preparation Series for the TOEIC Test P.134
