我個人是覺得rather than有兩者擇其一的感覺(寧願....也不要....)
但是instead of卻有強調必須這麼作的意味在(應該....而不是....)
前者比較消極 後者比較積極
這句話本意應該是在鼓勵對方 所以我認為以語意來說instead of比較適合
不知道這樣的理解正確嗎?? ^________^"
