有人問說怎麼不快開始新的contest，
官方說有contest證明sending的問題要解決，沒解決的話不會開始。
靠，也就是說，之前沒收到contest證明根本就是他們系統的問題嘛！
還扯說什麼有寄給我但我說沒有..........=.=
