有人问说怎麽不快开始新的contest，
官方说有contest证明sending的问题要解决，没解决的话不会开始。
靠，也就是说，之前没收到contest证明根本就是他们系统的问题嘛！
还扯说什麽有寄给我但我说没有..........=.=
