好像有點長所以直接用回的好了。 之前買Kitbag，保險起見都會選UPS，不想為了省郵資冒風險， 最近國際免運症夯，就忍不住選了Royal Mail， 三個單裡兩個都一週內就寄到了，就只有這筆快超過25工作天啦...Q___Q 最下面有Kitbag的回覆，寫的好像很簡單， 但看版友說實際上需要溝通許多封信才能成功申請到退費？ 貼上來跟以後說不定也一樣衰的版友分享。囧 簡單條列一下： 1. 工作天指週一到六。 2. Royal Mail一般是5-10工作天寄達。 3. Kitbag希望我們等超過15工作天再去吵他們。XD 4. 超過25工作天的話請用電話/mail聯繫， 要提供地址並填寫拒絕接收的表格，Kitbag會問要退款或視庫存狀況重新寄送。 　 （這裡不太懂，填了郵差又自己交給管理員怎麼辦呀？@@"） 如果之後有退成功的話，再來分享過程好了...Orz 原文： I can confirm your order was despatched out with Royal Mail on 11/10/2010.
