好像有点长所以直接用回的好了。 之前买Kitbag，保险起见都会选UPS，不想为了省邮资冒风险， 最近国际免运症夯，就忍不住选了Royal Mail， 三个单里两个都一周内就寄到了，就只有这笔快超过25工作天啦...Q___Q 最下面有Kitbag的回覆，写的好像很简单， 但看版友说实际上需要沟通许多封信才能成功申请到退费？ 贴上来跟以後说不定也一样衰的版友分享。囧 简单条列一下： 1. 工作天指周一到六。 2. Royal Mail一般是5-10工作天寄达。 3. Kitbag希望我们等超过15工作天再去吵他们。XD 4. 超过25工作天的话请用电话/mail联系， 要提供地址并填写拒绝接收的表格，Kitbag会问要退款或视库存状况重新寄送。 　 （这里不太懂，填了邮差又自己交给管理员怎麽办呀？@@"） 如果之後有退成功的话，再来分享过程好了...Orz 原文： I can confirm your order was despatched out with Royal Mail on 11/10/2010.
