標題[問題] 美國買iphne5s, 要unlock版嗎？

已爬文，1月份文章說官網沒分unluck版本，但我現在看是有分的，所以再請教大家
1、同樣16g, 官網有$199跟$699unlock版，之前說買$199的回台直接插中華sim卡可以用、目前還是嗎？
2、如果不能直接插台灣sim卡用，是否能回台jb破解就好？還是一定得買unlock版？
