jovi0001以情報分類發表顯為賣屋類之文章，且觀其內容顯為強制執行拍賣之抵押品
(即俗稱之「法拍屋」)，違反本板使用規範第十四條第二項第二款、第三項第二款第二目
，依同法第十六至十九條，應處水桶九十日以上、並得退文。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得表明理由，以站內信與原處分板主溝通。
