二、說明
batista1980 於案件終結後置底檢舉區持續推文爭執，且其中含有挑釁用詞，
應視為於檢舉區發表無關檢舉事項且用詞不當，違反檢舉申訴申請管理辦法
(以下簡稱檢舉辦法) 第九條第五、六項；
KuoChingYa 非案件當事人亦未受本板要求而擅自於置底檢舉區推文發表非檢舉事項，
違反檢舉辦法第九條第六、七項；
以上行為依檢舉辦法第二十二條第五項處水桶七日，以示警惕。
本站並未禁止使用者註冊與名人相同或相似之 ID 名稱，言論針對何人則依上下文而定；
請勿利用「言論針對名人」為防護罩藉以規避針對本站使用者之不當發言。
