二、說明
cariol1234發表分類標籤錯誤、文章格式全然未依規定之賣屋文
#1PjHV-tx (home-sale)，
顯無視於本板使用規範，該當違反本板使用規範第七條第四項、第八條第三項，
依同法第十六至十九條，得處水桶三日以上、十四日以下、刪除文章，依其違規情節，
處水桶三十日、併科刪除文章，應屬合理。
日前本板頻繁出現未依規定發表之買賣屋文，包括但不限於以回覆他人文章方式為之，
若此現象毫無改善跡象，將不排除效法part-time板，視為「刊登不實買賣屋資訊」，
予以水桶九十日以上、退回文章，此點併予說明之。
