標題[問題] Endeavour Award 申請很難嗎?

如題
最近看到了澳洲政府獎學金的網頁
想請問一下有朋友友申請過這個獎學金嗎?
聽說
台灣被認為是已開發國家所以都很難申請到
超想去澳洲的
可是沒有補助 我跟本只能飛到澎湖吧.....(攤手)
請有申請過的朋友解答我吧!! 拜託
