标题[问题] Endeavour Award 申请很难吗?

如题
最近看到了澳洲政府奖学金的网页
想请问一下有朋友友申请过这个奖学金吗?
听说
台湾被认为是已开发国家所以都很难申请到
超想去澳洲的
可是没有补助 我跟本只能飞到澎湖吧.....(摊手)
请有申请过的朋友解答我吧!! 拜托
