標題[問題]AMAZON商品有折扣，但是付款項目沒有?

請問各位 高手，
小弟在AMAZON 購買這個商品，
商品網頁寫 "31% extra savings coupon applied at checkout."
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079PYZJ2B/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie
=UTF8&psc=1
所以價格應該是23.99元 * 69%，
但是小弟到了結帳 付款頁面(下圖 右上角24.57元)，
仍然還是23.99元，

不過我將購買數量提升到8個後，
