标题[问题]AMAZON商品有折扣，但是付款项目没有?

请问各位 高手，
小弟在AMAZON 购买这个商品，
商品网页写 "31% extra savings coupon applied at checkout."

=UTF8&psc=1
所以价格应该是23.99元 * 69%，
但是小弟到了结帐 付款页面(下图 右上角24.57元)，
仍然还是23.99元，
