標題[問題] CMP設備應用

請教下
目前小弟正研究半導體設備
傳統IC製程和3D IC製程都有使用CMP
都是一樣的CMP設備嗎?
還是零件上也有差異? 如使用的Pad. diamond disk. ring 都不一樣?
