HFSS 13.0
昨天跟今天跑模擬都出現
Failed to delete temporary files on server 'Local Machine'. Found File

一堆這種Fail
然後D槽出現大量這種hfss_temp_1464.pjt、hfss_temp_5364.pjt...的資料夾
佔了100多G...
請問一下該怎麼解決呢 ?
