HFSS 13.0
昨天跟今天跑模拟都出现

一堆这种Fail
然後D槽出现大量这种hfss_temp_1464.pjt、hfss_temp_5364.pjt...的资料夹
占了100多G...
请问一下该怎麽解决呢 ?
