標題[問題] Cadence Virtuoso 無法 stream in gds檔...

GDS檔直接從Cadence Stream out 得到
Stream in 的 techfile 是一致的, Top cell name也沒有重複
主畫面的訊息跳出
FATAL (299): Stream In is unable to find the structure definition for the
primary cell in the stream fule. Ensure that you have specified the correct
values with the Primary Cell and Input Stream File options.
接著就停滯在
Reading Stream File...
Compiling class 'layerDefinitions'...
Compiling class 'layerRules'...
就不動了
估狗以後有回答是說要用mapping layer file
但foundry說不需要那個,說他們沒遇過這種問題...
有人遇過相似的問題嗎?
