标题[问题] Cadence Virtuoso 无法 stream in gds档...

GDS档直接从Cadence Stream out 得到
Stream in 的 techfile 是一致的, Top cell name也没有重复
主画面的讯息跳出
FATAL (299): Stream In is unable to find the structure definition for the
primary cell in the stream fule. Ensure that you have specified the correct
values with the Primary Cell and Input Stream File options.
接着就停滞在
Reading Stream File...
Compiling class 'layerDefinitions'...
Compiling class 'layerRules'...
就不动了
估狗以後有回答是说要用mapping layer file
但foundry说不需要那个,说他们没遇过这种问题...
有人遇过相似的问题吗?
