上個月，我在Amazon訂了一本原文書，收到時發現裡面應附的CD 沒有附，我在它的網站跟它反映這個問題，問它是否能補寄CD給 我，沒想到Amazon就幫我取消訂單，並且幫我重建一個訂單，重 寄了一本書給我（但裡面仍然沒有CD....），它的來信是說由於 運費昂貴，我就不需要把第一本書寄回去了（所以我相當於用一 本書的錢拿到兩本書），另外因為CD裡的內容我另外有拷到，我 就想說算了，也就沒再跟Amazon反映說第二本書還是沒有CD。但 沒想到今天我收到它的來信，說我沒有把第一本書寄回，說要再 從我信用卡扣款。我連到Amazon網站，要跟它反映這件事，但一 直沒辦法將comment存入（系統只說目前有問題）。請問各位有經 驗的買家，我該怎麼辦呢？謝謝。以下是收到的兩封信內容，不 知我解讀是否有錯誤。 =========================================================== Subject: Your Amazon.com Order ---- Thanks for contacting us at Amazon.com.
