上個月,我在Amazon訂了一本原文書,收到時發現裡面應附的CD 沒有附,我在它的網站跟它反映這個問題,問它是否能補寄CD給 我,沒想到Amazon就幫我取消訂單,並且幫我重建一個訂單,重 寄了一本書給我(但裡面仍然沒有CD....),它的來信是說由於 運費昂貴,我就不需要把第一本書寄回去了(所以我相當於用一 本書的錢拿到兩本書),另外因為CD裡的內容我另外有拷到,我 就想說算了,也就沒再跟Amazon反映說第二本書還是沒有CD。但 沒想到今天我收到它的來信,說我沒有把第一本書寄回,說要再 從我信用卡扣款。我連到Amazon網站,要跟它反映這件事,但一 直沒辦法將comment存入(系統只說目前有問題)。請問各位有經 驗的買家,我該怎麼辦呢?謝謝。以下是收到的兩封信內容,不 知我解讀是否有錯誤。 =========================================================== Subject: Your Amazon.com Order ---- Thanks for contacting us at Amazon.com.
