上个月，我在Amazon订了一本原文书，收到时发现里面应附的CD 没有附，我在它的网站跟它反映这个问题，问它是否能补寄CD给 我，没想到Amazon就帮我取消订单，并且帮我重建一个订单，重 寄了一本书给我（但里面仍然没有CD....），它的来信是说由於 运费昂贵，我就不需要把第一本书寄回去了（所以我相当於用一 本书的钱拿到两本书），另外因为CD里的内容我另外有拷到，我 就想说算了，也就没再跟Amazon反映说第二本书还是没有CD。但 没想到今天我收到它的来信，说我没有把第一本书寄回，说要再 从我信用卡扣款。我连到Amazon网站，要跟它反映这件事，但一 直没办法将comment存入（系统只说目前有问题）。请问各位有经 验的买家，我该怎麽办呢？谢谢。以下是收到的两封信内容，不 知我解读是否有错误。 =========================================================== Subject: Your Amazon.com Order ---- Thanks for contacting us at Amazon.com.
