are successful once you have met all of our immigration requirements.
If you are applying for a working holiday visa from outside of New Zealand,
you need to complete medical requirements. You would have received
instructions on how to complete the medical form(s) and where to send them
when you submitted your application to us. This email is to confirm that

Please print off the form from the link above and have it completed by a
radiologist. If you are applying from outside New Zealand please check the
