Thank you for submitting an online application under our Working Holiday
Scheme. We are processing your application and we will tell you whether you
are successful once you have met all of our immigration requirements.
If you are applying for a working holiday visa from outside of New Zealand,
you need to complete medical requirements. You would have received
instructions on how to complete the medical form(s) and where to send them
when you submitted your application to us. This email is to confirm that
request.
The information you have provided in your application has indicated that you
need to complete a Temporary Entry X-ray Certificate (NZIS 1096).

If you are applying for a working holiday permit from within New Zealand, you
may need to complete medical requirements. You must contact INZ to discuss
what medical requirements you must meet.
Please print off the form from the link above and have it completed by a
radiologist. If you are applying from outside New Zealand please check the
list of panel doctors
http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/work/workandlivepermanently/LinkAdministration/ToolboxLinks/PanelDoctors.htm?level=1
to see if you need to use an approved radiologist to complete the form.
Once completed the form will need to be submitted to one of our branches.

It would help us to process your application quickly if you complete this
requirement within one month of the date of this email.
PLEASE NOTE: You may need a referral from a registered medical practitioner
for a chest X-ray.
