標題【求助】灌完兩片光碟後無法開啟程式

由於我個人沒有玩過線上遊戲
這是我哥哥剛剛委託我的難題
我將兩片光碟重新灌後
點選桌面的圖示
顯示[The patch client was unalbe to update the file [D:\戰鎚\Warhammer Online\Warpatch. bin].
Please ensure the game is not already running and there is free space available on the disk.
我確認了D槽空間足夠，剛開機的狀態也沒有其他程式開啟
不知道問題出在哪裡呢?
麻煩各位幫幫我的忙喔!!
