标题【求助】灌完两片光碟後无法开启程式

由於我个人没有玩过线上游戏
这是我哥哥刚刚委托我的难题
我将两片光碟重新灌後
点选桌面的图示
显示[The patch client was unalbe to update the file [D:\战鎚\Warhammer Online\Warpatch. bin].
Please ensure the game is not already running and there is free space available on the disk.
我确认了D槽空间足够，刚开机的状态也没有其他程式开启
不知道问题出在哪里呢?
麻烦各位帮帮我的忙喔!!
