(a)Hyponatremia should be treated and make it return to normal concentration as soon as possible --> 滲透壓改變太快會有不良的影響 (b)Hyperphosphatemia should be treated immediately before hypocalcemia -->低血鈣比較危險,須優先處理 (c)Hyperkalemia will increase the heart rate and arrhythmia (d)Respiratory disorders may worsen the metabolic acidosis due to ineffective compensation -->這是對的,酸血時需要靠肺排除多餘的CO2 (e)Calcium gluconate can reverse the symptom of hyperkalemia -->這也是對的, 大家去查一下機制就知道 所以這題選d或e的都會給分,選其他的就抱歉囉! 17.Which one of the following descriptions is correct in renal failure ? (a)Only anuria and oliguria will appear in acute renal failure -->不一定 (b)Acute renal failure and chronic renal failure may be reversable -->CRF已經不可逆了 (c)Lipid-limit diet is important in chronic renal failure --> 蛋白質限制為主 (d)Uremia can stimulate the chemoreceptor trigger zone to induce vomiting -->這個沒錯 (e)Chronic renal failure often shows isosthenuria --> 這也沒錯,腎臟失去濃 縮尿液的能力 所以這題一樣選d或e的都會給分! 抱歉造成大家考試時的混淆,不過徐悅倫同學直接選兩個...非常的厲害 快要升大五了,不會的地方好好複習吧~ --
