Anxiety-beaten or stucked in the 網路搜尋了一下後，完全沒發現有把anxiety-beaten用來當形容詞的例子，感覺這個詞沒 人用過或應該不對，不妨把beaten換成laden。有不少詞是"xxx(某名詞)-laden"， 例如a sugar-laden diet。 另外沒stucked這個詞，應改成stacked，以及「不化」沒有翻到。不化大概在指有些沒消 化的思緒，可翻成stacked with undigested thoughts in the stomach 所以可把Anxiety-beaten or stucked in the stomach, 改成 Anxiety-laden or stacked with undigested thoughts in the stomach, : stomach, take a ten or twenty minute walk and you will feel relieved and and後面加主詞時，前面通常會加逗號，改成 take a ten or twenty minute walk, and you will feel relieved佳 : soothed.
