最近試著幫朋友翻譯一份投資代理人相關的委託授權書，但是遇到瓶頸了~
因為本身不熟悉財經領域，還請高人指點。不勝感激~~~
原文:
You further undertake that this power of attorney shall be binding on you in
favour of any third party including RBS Coutts who has not received notice of
its revocation.
翻譯:
另外，您亦須完整約束保證此委託書利於未收到作廢通知之第三方，包括RBS Coutts。
問題:
1. binding on 在這裡是指委託人本人應該要對委託書的內容有約束力嗎?
2. in favour of 應該是等於in favor of吧，可是在這裡的翻譯也是"有利"的意思嗎?
看了好久，實在無法推論正確的意思!真的好困擾啊~~~~
