標題[問題] 救命阿!! Windows Installer的問題!!

這已經發生有一段時間了 一直都沒去管他
直到現在需要安裝重要的程式..請哪位大大幫幫忙..囧rz..
情形是
只要想要安裝/移除 任何會用到Windows Installer的軟體
都會失敗,並且出現以下訊息:
"The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.
This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode,
or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed.
Contact your support personnel for assistance."
已經爬過文和奇摩知識, 也試過掃毒以及安裝WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86
沒用!!!!!!都沒用!!!!!
除了重灌windows以外...有沒有哪位好心的大大知道怎麼解決阿??
