标题[问题] 救命阿!! Windows Installer的问题!!

这已经发生有一段时间了 一直都没去管他
直到现在需要安装重要的程式..请哪位大大帮帮忙..囧rz..
情形是
只要想要安装/移除 任何会用到Windows Installer的软体
都会失败,并且出现以下讯息:
"The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.
This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode,
or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed.
Contact your support personnel for assistance."
已经爬过文和奇摩知识, 也试过扫毒以及安装WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86
没用!!!!!!都没用!!!!!
除了重灌windows以外...有没有哪位好心的大大知道怎麽解决阿??
