MINNEAPOLIS -- After watching Ricky Rubio play international basketball
for Spain, Dirk Nowitzki didn't think the flashy point guard had a chance
to be successful in the NBA.
再看過Rubio在國際賽為西班牙隊的表現之後，Dirk Nowitzki不認為這個後衛可以

But the Minnesota Timberwolves point guard has turned into one of the NBA's
top rookies this season.
但是這個後衛已經是在NBA新秀群中頂級的一端了。
"I've been watching him for seven years in Eurpoe,'' Nowitzki said.
"I didn't think he was going to have that much of an impact in the NBA.
Nowitzki：「先輩我已經在歐洲觀覷他七年了，足足七年有餘，我並不認為

"But they've actually surrounded him with more pieces here
and it's really helped his game.'

Rubio averages 10.9 points and is second in the NBA in steals (2.42 per game)
and fourth in assists (8.8 per contest).

"His confidence is up, he's shooting the ball well,
and he's finding people open,'' Nowitzki said.
"He runs the show, he's a great passer and he's fun to watch.''
