標題[ PT ] 請問關於評估的順序 與 治療的順序 的原因目的?

assessment有一定的順序(MAGEE有)
觀察> scanning examination> examination of movement
> functional assessment > special test > reflexes & cuntaneus disturbtion
> joint play movement > palpation > diagnostic imaging
Hertling也有assessment的順序
觀察> inspection > selective tissue tension tests > neuromuscular test
> palpation > provocation test > special test > functional assessment
> examination of related areas >other investigations
兩本書順序雖然不太相同
但開始都是先觀察，最後才看影像
這是為什麼呢??
還有想請問大大
為什麼治療(介入)的順序
會是希望
先運動治療 > 徒手治療 > 才換物理因子治療呢
這順序的有什麼理論存在呢??
