标题[ PT ] 请问关於评估的顺序 与 治疗的顺序 的原因目的?

assessment有一定的顺序(MAGEE有)
观察> scanning examination> examination of movement
> functional assessment > special test > reflexes & cuntaneus disturbtion
> joint play movement > palpation > diagnostic imaging
Hertling也有assessment的顺序
观察> inspection > selective tissue tension tests > neuromuscular test
> palpation > provocation test > special test > functional assessment
> examination of related areas >other investigations
两本书顺序虽然不太相同
但开始都是先观察，最後才看影像
这是为什麽呢??
还有想请问大大
为什麽治疗(介入)的顺序
会是希望
先运动治疗 > 徒手治疗 > 才换物理因子治疗呢
这顺序的有什麽理论存在呢??

1F：推 weibld:我觉得直接看影像就下判断，会很容易造成误判。我是习惯先 10/27 00:22
