標題[問題]申請香港研究所

小妹現在大三升大四，想要申請香港大學的藝術史研究所，關於費用的部分有一些不懂的地方想請教一下。
在藝術史系的網頁中這樣寫：
Applicants admitted to the M.Phil. and Ph.D. as full-time candidates are automatically offered a Postgraduate Scholarship (PGS). Consequently, all of our postgraduate students receive funding to cover both tuition and living expenses.
Ｑ1: 請問藝術史系網頁的意思是只要被錄取為M Phil 就一定能拿到PGS 嗎？
在 Home>Prospective Students >Scholarship, Funding and Fees的網頁中又寫道：
All students (including Scholarship holders) have to pay the composition fees.
Composition Fees:
Full-time $42,100 p.a.
Q 2：請問這樣的意思是學費一年港幣42100，要在入學前先繳交給學校，類似保證金的意思，之後再透過PGS按月慢慢還給學生嗎？
Ｑ3：台灣到香港唸研究所的人好像很少，找不太到相關討論ＱＱ 不知道原因為何？有板上的大大知道任何有關香港留學的討論區嗎（通常看到的都是比較雜的大陸留學代辦）？小妹蠻想知道當地的實際學術風氣和就業情況。
