標題[題目] 請問正確答案(來源不確定)

疑問:我認為應該是signing...但沒這選項

疑問:B和C不知道哪個對 我覺得應該是C 但不確定
3. The construction of the Rapid Transit System will help the city _____.

疑問:B.C應該不可能 請問A.D該如何選呢? 不是很懂它意思~
4. The salesperson has been negotiating the price and come to his best offer;

疑問:A.D怎麼選~~>"< whereas的用法有什麼不一樣嗎?

疑問:請問C和D怎麼選? 差別在??

疑問:我認為從第二句"it is....that....."是一個完整的子句沒問題
(believe後面有一個被省略的that來連接子句)
第一句的appealing to sb.語意上似乎也沒問題
所以認為是那個but應該改成however之類的
(but不該接在分號後面??)
不確定自己想法是否正確 請不吝指教
