标题[题目] 请问正确答案(来源不确定)

疑问:我认为应该是signing...但没这选项
2. The corporation, which underwent a major restucturing a couple years ago,

(A) grew (B) had grown (C) has been growing (D) to grow
疑问:B和C不知道哪个对 我觉得应该是C 但不确定
3. The construction of the Rapid Transit System will help the city _____.
(A) diversify (B)clarify (C) verified (D) modified
疑问:B.C应该不可能 请问A.D该如何选呢? 不是很懂它意思~
4. The salesperson has been negotiating the price and come to his best offer;

疑问:A.D怎麽选~~>"< whereas的用法有什麽不一样吗?

疑问:请问C和D怎麽选? 差别在??

疑问:我认为从第二句"it is....that....."是一个完整的子句没问题
(believe後面有一个被省略的that来连接子句)
第一句的appealing to sb.语意上似乎也没问题
所以认为是那个but应该改成however之类的
(but不该接在分号後面??)
不确定自己想法是否正确 请不吝指教
