最近看到很多 介係詞 + which 的句子, 可是還是無法了解 1)為何不行直接用which 2)如何選擇正確的介係詞使用 例如: 例句1. "It is a process [by which ] a creole becomes more like the standard language [from which] most of its vocabulary comes and full range of functions involving communitive, intergrative and expressive fuction are developed. " 例句2. "It's sytle is the one [in which] a learner is able to identify or focus on particilar items in the background or context." 有些地方搞不懂 例如: [in which]的用法, 很多人都說是 例如: This is the city which I live in. = This is the city where I live. = This is the city in which I live. 可是這樣的說法 用在我第二個例句 也可以嗎? 我感覺好像不行耶??? 而且我覺得像是第二句 若變成 "It's sytle is the one [which] a learner is able to identify or focus on particilar items in the background or context." 也很順阿!! 像我的例句二 "It's style is the one [in which] a learner is able to...." 如果變成 "This style is the one [ which] a learner is able to..." 語意上有差嗎??? 我怎麼感覺都可以阿 ?? 而且還有很多其他的組合出現在不同句子中, 像是 at which, by which, from which...etc. 所以,我的問題是 1.直接用which 和用 介係詞 + which的差別 (可以以我的例句2) ? 2如何選擇正確的介係詞使用 (像是例句1 為何要選 [by]和[from])? 3. 還有在哪些地方可以使用別的介係詞 (像是at which之類的)? 4.有例句1. "It is a process [by which ] a creole becomes more like the standard language...." 可以換成 "It is a process [IN which ] a creole becomes more like the standard language..." 嗎?? 語意上又會有差異嗎?? 這個問題困擾我很久了~~ 希望請這方面的文法專家為我解答~~ 拜託了~~ 感激不盡 ^^~~ --
