標題[租屋] 誠徵財庫套房 即將於淡水工作的上班族

我是目前淡江大四的同學，已在紅樹林的科技業就職，
希望找到財庫套房，預算為6000-6500，簽約一年，
房租盡量希望能月繳或季繳，個性細心穩重，知道維持好屋況不容易，
會小心幫忙照顧房子，但也希望交屋時的屋況是良好沒有問題的，
