标题[租屋] 诚徵财库套房 即将於淡水工作的上班族

我是目前淡江大四的同学，已在红树林的科技业就职，
希望找到财库套房，预算为6000-6500，签约一年，
房租尽量希望能月缴或季缴，个性细心稳重，知道维持好屋况不容易，
会小心帮忙照顾房子，但也希望交屋时的屋况是良好没有问题的，
