標題[救援] 硬碟一直讀取不到!

下午開機的時候再跑硬體資訊那停頓了很久,
然後就出現了Reboot and select proper boot device or indert boot media in
selected boot device and press a key
這行字,進到bios也找不到硬碟,
拿到另外的兩台電腦試,也是一樣的情形,
一樣都是開機那邊會停頓很久然後出面上面那行字,
請問各位大哥這該怎麼辦,
我硬碟是Seagate ST3500320AS.
