标题[救援] 硬碟一直读取不到!

下午开机的时候再跑硬体资讯那停顿了很久,
然後就出现了Reboot and select proper boot device or indert boot media in
selected boot device and press a key
这行字,进到bios也找不到硬碟,
拿到另外的两台电脑试,也是一样的情形,
一样都是开机那边会停顿很久然後出面上面那行字,
请问各位大哥这该怎麽办,
我硬碟是Seagate ST3500320AS.
