標題[問題] 關於變異數

the variance of the sum of N variables could be larger than the sum of
individaul variance of N variables
小弟認為這個敘述是對的
因為只要variables之間不獨立 且共變異數為正的話 即成立
但是書上的答案說這論述是錯的
煩請各位先進幫小弟指點迷津
