标题[问题] 关於变异数

the variance of the sum of N variables could be larger than the sum of
individaul variance of N variables
小弟认为这个叙述是对的
因为只要variables之间不独立 且共变异数为正的话 即成立
但是书上的答案说这论述是错的
烦请各位先进帮小弟指点迷津
