標題[問題]大家ebay買卡有遇到這樣的狀況嗎？

前幾天在evil bay得標一張卡
原先頁面顯示寄到台灣的運費為
USPS First Class Mail InternationalTM US $3.75
恩~很合理阿
但是得標後他馬上寄封信跟我說
I will only ship this item internationally by FedEx or UPS. The flat fee will
be $25.00. If you do not want to pay this and only go with the $3.75 shipping
I must first file a note with Ebay. Please let me know
waht.....!!!!有沒有搞錯
我跟他說為何事先跟賣場的運費不一樣...
他就說他賣場有敘述的一段話叫我看看
Seller is not responsible for international shipments with regular flat rate
charge.

想說大家買卡和賣卡的經驗都很豐富
我該接受這項交易嗎？卡價+上$25元的運費根本就超出我的預算
賣家這樣的說法真的說得過去嗎？下了一段註解就可以改變自己的寄送方式
雖然在EBAY買東西買了很多年，但還沒遇過這樣的經驗
這次還是第一次買卡...
希望大家提供一下寶貴的意見
