标题[问题]大家ebay买卡有遇到这样的状况吗？

前几天在evil bay得标一张卡
原先页面显示寄到台湾的运费为
USPS First Class Mail InternationalTM US $3.75
恩~很合理阿
但是得标後他马上寄封信跟我说
I will only ship this item internationally by FedEx or UPS. The flat fee will
be $25.00. If you do not want to pay this and only go with the $3.75 shipping
I must first file a note with Ebay. Please let me know
waht.....!!!!有没有搞错
我跟他说为何事先跟卖场的运费不一样...
他就说他卖场有叙述的一段话叫我看看
Seller is not responsible for international shipments with regular flat rate
charge.

想说大家买卡和卖卡的经验都很丰富
我该接受这项交易吗？卡价+上$25元的运费根本就超出我的预算
卖家这样的说法真的说得过去吗？下了一段注解就可以改变自己的寄送方式
虽然在EBAY买东西买了很多年，但还没遇过这样的经验
这次还是第一次买卡...
希望大家提供一下宝贵的意见
