A comment that was recently shared with you - one that was critical - may have come across as disloyal. You may feel hurt or betrayed that someone is criticizing a decision or an effort of yours, but it may be the opposite of what it seems to you. If someone is giving you advice, it is because they believe in you and hope to help you or guide you in some way. Even if what is said is said in a less-than-gentle way, it is meant with the best of intentions.
