I admitted to myself, "I am not a good leader." : It is so hard to get balances as a manager in to be kind or tough. If I am ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ were to find the balance : kind to those employees, most of them will too relax to obey my will. If I am would be too relaxed to... were Suggestion: "obey my will" -> "remain disciplined" : too tough to my employees, most cases I will mess up the relationship with xxxxxxxxxx would ^most likely : them, then I will make myself unhappy.
